Understanding the deeper reason behind your desire to move is crucial to keep going on those days you just don’t feel like it.
  2. What Movement Are You Going to Do? - This step is all about choosing an activity you actually enjoy. Dancing, walking, yoga, or maybe something a bit more adventurous? The choice is yours.
  3. Where Are You Going to Do It? - Location, location, location! Will it be the comfort of your living room, a serene park, or a bustling gym? Pick a place that inspires you to move.
  4. When Are You Going to Do It? - Scheduling is key. Decide on a time that fits seamlessly into your day. Morning, afternoon, or evening—what works best for you?
  5. How Long Are You Going to Move? - Start with manageable increments. Even 5 to 10 minutes can make a difference. Then track your progress any way you want…time, distance, or steps.
